1. Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Processing Time: All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched from our facility within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) of order confirmation.

  • Made-to-Order/Custom Items: If your order includes custom-sized or made-to-order pieces, dispatch may take between [e.g., 5 to 7] business days. We will notify you of any such timelines on the specific product page.

2. Shipping Charges

  • We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders above ₹999 across India.

3. Delivery Timelines 

  • Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time ranges between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. 

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows. Unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, regional strikes, or logistical issues at the courier's end may cause slight delays.

4. Order Tracking

  • As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.

  • You can also track your order directly on our website under the "Track Order" section.

5. Secure Packaging Because you are purchasing premium sterling silver, every piece of CHAKORE jewelry is shipped in secure, tamper-proof packaging. Please do not accept the package from the delivery agent if the outer seal appears to be broken or tampered with.

6. Service Areas We currently deliver to almost all pin codes across India. If your pin code is unserviceable by our primary courier partners, our team will contact you to find an alternative shipping method or process a full refund. (At this time, we do not ship internationally).

7. Failed Delivery Attempts Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package up to 3 times. If the delivery fails due to the customer being unavailable or providing an incorrect address, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment (which may incur an additional shipping fee) or initiate a refund as per our Cancellation Policy.
